GENERAL

When is the 2021 ASPE Annual Conference: A Virtual Experience?
The 2021 ASPE Annual Conference: A Virtual Experience will take place from June 27-30, 2021. All times are listed in Eastern Time (ET). Times may be converted to your local time here. 

Who can attend?
Anyone from around the world can participate! To access content and receive credits, individuals must register here. Only individuals who register and attend will receive a Certificate of Attendance to be used for continuing education purposes. 

How do I become a member of ASPE to take advantage of the discounted member rate?
If you wish to become a member of ASPE, click here.

How do I attend?
After you register online, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. Once you get the confirmation email you can add the conference to your calendar. Roughly a week prior to the conference, you will receive an email with login information to the ASPE Center for SP Methodology.

What if I can't attend some of the sessions?
All sessions will be recorded and can be accessed by all registered attendees.

If I am unable to attend the live sessions and can only view the recorded presentations, can I still submit for credits?
Yes, for those registering for 2021 ASPE Annual Conference, CEUs will be available. You must complete the evaluations after each session in order to receive credit.

EXPERIENCE

Can I ask questions during the sessions? 
ASPE highly encourages all attendees to utilize the chat feature to ask any questions. 

Will I have access to presenter's slides and/or handouts? 
ASPE asks that all speakers provide their slides and handouts. All slides and handouts provided will be available for attendees to access. 

Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect? 
The conference is optimized to be accessed on a desktop or laptop computer using the Google Chrome browser. We do not recommend using your mobile device. However, you will have the opportunity to dial in, if need be.

Are there any networking events? 
Each night of the conference ASPE will be hosting an ASPE After Hours event with different activities taking place each evening! 

Will there be exhibitors and sponsors? 
Yes, ASPE attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with different companies in the ASPE Virtual Exhibit Hall.

In support of improving patient care, the Society for Simulation in Healthcare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive a maximum of 23.5 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.

Monday: 5 hours
Tuesday: 6 hours
